To me, live strong means never giving up...making everyday better than the last...and living without regret...

I've worn the yellow wristband because it represents an instant bond of recognition of having endured and survived cancer.

As a 23 year old graduate student getting my degree in Cancer Biology, I never expected to be diagnosed with cancer myself. The knowledge I possessed was instrumental to the process of healing, surviving, and thriving.
